Company History

Founded in the early 1900's, Nordstrong Equipment Limited specializes in the design and manufacturing of superior quality bulk material handling and conveying equipment for a wide range of industries, including grain storage, malt processing, feed manufacturing, agricultural food processing, mineral processing, pulp & paper, forestry and mining.

Our line of professionally engineered products includes bucket elevators, belt conveyors, drag chain conveyors, screw conveyors, railcar progressioners and other related equipment. As a single source supply company, we also manufacture our own line of belt conveyor idlers.

Our products are designed by our own engineering department. We strive to continually improve our products with more innovative design.

From our East and West divisions 100,000 square feet total of state-of-the-art design and manufacturing plants, we supply an extensive base of customers, ranging in size from small independent organizations to large multi-national corporations. We specialize in large engineered projects, but routinely provide single pieces of equipment for many types of installations.

Nordstrong's team of highly experienced and qualified staff has continuously served the bulk material handling industry since our inception over a century ago. A remarkable growth rate attests to our success in all facets of this industry. We currently have approximately 150 employees, and have sales and warehouse facilities across Canada and in the United States.
